Right on track!

The boys visited a pediatric developmental specialist today at Georgetown. She did a series of tests to determine if they are on track for their age. Noah passed most of his test with flying colors - his fine motor skills (picking up small objects) are even a little ahead of where he should be. His gross motor skills are a tad behind but we knew that because that is typical for premies and especially for premies with torticolis. Sam was on track for his fine motor and social skills and almost on track for his gross skills. She said they were "fantastic" and she'd see them again in September. Not that September is any sort of milestone for them, it's just her first next open appointment! They both weighed in at a whopping 16 lbs 9 ounces.
