Big Boys and Even Bigger Shoes!

It's official - the boys are unfettered! No more monitors!! As we had hoped, the doctor said we could discontinue using the apnea monitors. It is a mixed blessing - the leads were a total pain to deal with - especially as the boys get more active - but it was also comforting to know that if they stopped breathing we would know immediately, I am sure I will be a nervous nelly the next few nights!

Noah weighs 6 lb 13 oz and Sam is up to 7 lbs 6 ounces. The neonatologist was extremely pleased their progress and growth. We're going to mess around a bit with the formulations of Sam's bottles to try and soothe his tummy - he's been pretty fussy this week!
