PP!

It's a milestone day at the Ring-Pot house. Sam went pee pee on the potty for the first time. YAY! He wasn't nearly as impressed as we were. They've been sitting on the potty for a few months but we weren't even considering trying to train them yet. (Secretly sort of hoping they'd just come home from daycare one day all trained! HA!) But he sat on the potty, positioned himself correctly and voila! Pee pee! Yipee!! Guess I really need to find that cup attachment thingy for the little toilet seat that I didn't know what it was for - hey, I'm a girl - what do I know about these things?

They are the only ones in their class not wearing big boy underwear but they are also 6-8 months younger than all of the other kids too. And I take great comfort, ok - pride, in the fact that they know all their ABC's and numbers from 1-14 better than their classmates. My firstborn can even do some spelling/reading now: "N-O-A-H spells Noah!" "Giraffe starts with G Mommy" "That's not my coat Mommy, that's Sam's - see "S-A-M"

Ok, I'll stop bragging now. Sorry, no pictures from this weekend. The evil rotavirus got me too. Hopefully we'll get back to semblance of normal later this week!
