Big Boys!

Noah = 14 pounds. 24 1/2 inches long

Sam = 13 pounds 14 ounces. Also 24 1/2 inches long!

Where to start? Noah and Sam are growing and changing so fast. They are now drinking between 5 and 6 ounces each feeding - when they were first in the hospital, we used to have to struggle to get them to take 5 cc!! They are both getting stronger and it won't be long before they are sitting up on their own. The physical therapist was here a few weeks ago and found Sam to be right on track physically for a four month old! That is amazing because he should really only be on the level of a 2 month old. Noah is at the three month old level only because he hasn't rolled over on his own yet but it won't be long - he's very close! Noah has mild torticolis and will start some physical therapy soon. We're already seeing improvements in his neck motion from just one simple stretch they showed us.

Noah is very vocal and has alot to say and is ahead of his age for talking! None of it makes any sense but it's fun to hear him babble. Noah looks alot like my Dad these days. Sam is still laid back most of the time and has tons of smiles that melt your heart! He's going to be a total flirt. Sam is a miniature version of Jon and Zack. They had a great time playing with their Nana and Great Mamaw Chris last weekend while Dad and Zack went to New Orleans.

We took them to see a Pediatric GI specialist yesterday about their reflux. She changed their medicine so we're hopeful that will make them more comfortable. Last night Sam, only required one feeding! Noah was having some tummy issues so he didn't sleep well but he also only took one bottle. Progress!!

Keep Mabo in your thoughts. He was really sick yesterday and still isn't doing 100%. He's an old puppy so we're hoping he just had an upset stomach and this isn't the start of something bad.
